Cartina is born of the development of a unique idea: the use of paper as a new material for the world of sneakers.
Two years of intensive research led to the development of a unique production process, from which shoes made with recycled paper arise. These are able to replicate the visual and functional characteristics typical of leather shopes, without the consequent environmental damages resulting from production.
An Italian Start-Up, in which the innovative nature influences every aspect: from January 2015 Cartina will be indeed the first enterprise of the fashion industry to set up an equity crowdfunding proposal.
