Julian Chang, is a Peruvian born Miami, Florida based fashion designer. His designs encompass sophisticated evening wear for Miami’s elite, to a contemporary women’s collection that now sells in more than 500 boutiques worldwide, to custom designs for celebrities including Britney Spears and Gloria Estefan. He recently received recognition from the national organization Fresh Faces as a top emerging designer.
