AKCLUB AW 15’16 SHANGHAI FASHION WEEK

After graduating in fashion design from the famous Central St. Martins School of Art and Design London, in 2001 Johnny Diamandis joined Burberry to design their outerwear and denim; this was at anexciting time when the brand was being re-hauled under new creative direction. Then in 2003 Diamandis was hired by premium Japanese denim brand Evisu, for whom he spent four years in Asia heading up their global design.After relocating to New York City in 2007 he pursued a number of projects while steadilyand patiently developing the now well known (JPLC)J. Panther Luggage Co.®, which he finally launched in 2010.Meanwhile, Diamandis continues to design for a few select brands, including AK Club,while also serving as a visiting lecturer at both Parsons in NYC and London’s RoyalCollege of Art.
